Nature of Service

Classic Cleanouts & Disposal provides dumpster rental, junk removal, and demolition services throughout Malden, MA and the surrounding region. Because all services are labor- and logistics-based — involving scheduled delivery, equipment dispatch, and crew allocation — our return and refund policy reflects the costs and commitments involved once an order is placed.

We strive to be transparent about all fees and conditions upfront so that customers can make informed decisions before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery: Orders canceled before a dumpster or crew has been dispatched will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or modify your order.

After Dispatch / Day-of Cancellation: If an order is canceled after dispatch has begun (driver en route or crew deployed), a dispatch fee may apply to cover fuel, labor, and logistics costs incurred.

After Delivery: Once a dumpster has been delivered and placed on-site, the order is considered fulfilled. No refund will be issued for the delivery portion of the service.

Quick Summary: Cancel before dispatch = full refund  ·  Cancel after dispatch = possible dispatch fee  ·  Cancel after delivery = no refund on delivery.

Return Policy

Due to the service-based nature of our business, physical returns are not applicable. Dumpsters are rental equipment and remain the property of Classic Cleanouts & Disposal at all times.

Once delivery has been completed:

  • The rental period begins and is non-refundable.
  • Early pickup may be requested at any time — however, unused rental days are not credited or refunded.
  • Extended rental days are available and billed at the agreed daily rate.
Google Merchant Note: This business provides rental and on-site services. No physical product is sold for resale. All transactions are for service fulfillment. Refunds are issued only for pre-dispatch cancellations as described above.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Full refund: Order canceled before dispatch with no equipment deployed.
  • Partial refund: Order canceled after dispatch but before delivery, subject to a dispatch fee at our discretion.
  • No refund: Order canceled after delivery has been completed.
  • Billing errors: If you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any confirmed errors promptly.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

Orders may be rescheduled at no charge prior to dispatch, subject to availability. We ask that rescheduling requests be made as early as possible to allow us to reallocate resources appropriately. Same-day rescheduling requests are accommodated on a best-effort basis.

Additional Charges & Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges are non-refundable once incurred:

  • Overweight fees — for loads exceeding the included weight limit
  • Extended rental fees — for rental periods beyond the agreed term
  • Prohibited materials surcharges — if prohibited items are found in the dumpster
  • Inaccessibility fees — charged when our crew or driver cannot safely access the drop-off or pickup location
Prohibited materials include but are not limited to: hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos, tires, batteries, and certain electronics. Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

Exceptions & Service Failures

If Classic Cleanouts & Disposal fails to deliver service as agreed — for example, a confirmed delivery does not occur due to an error on our end — you are entitled to a full refund or service rescheduling at no charge.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, unsafe access conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
