What we haul out in Revere

Revere is a dense coastal city, and the shape of the housing drives most of the work we do here. Revere Beach, the first public beach in the country, is lined with condos and older single-families, while Beachmont, the Shirley Ave area, and Downtown run heavy on two-families and triple-deckers carved into rental units. That means a lot of our Revere jobs are tenant turnovers: a unit empties out between leases and the basement, the back porch, and the curb are suddenly full of what got left behind. Massachusetts no longer lets mattresses and box springs go in the regular trash, so we haul them off and keep them off your porch and out of the alley, handled under the state rules. The city also keeps bulky items out of the weekly pickup and makes you set them out separately, which is fine for one chair but a real problem when a tenant leaves a whole apartment behind. When the load is more than a curbside day can handle, that is exactly the job we are built for, and there is no fuel surcharge added at the end.
